Build it (indoors)
You wouldn’t want your sofa upholstered outdoors in the snow and rain, so why would you want your house built that way? Under the controlled conditions of our production facility, we assemble most of Ukkei indoors, where skilled trades can build confidently without the complications or impact of outdoor conditions.
Ship it to site
After we build most of your Ukkei in our facility, we ship Ukkei in pieces (that are largely complete) to its final resting place on your site. Whether its by barge, truck, or helicopter, Ukkei pieces will be optimized for transport so it arrives safely and efficiently.
Assemble
While your Ukkei is being built in our facility, your site will be prepared for its arrival—something you can’t do with typical construction. Once Ukkei arrives, you’ll see it assembled in front of your eyes, in days or even hours, with far less noise, dust, and waste than what you’re used to seeing on a construction site.
