What’s included?

Pricing includes a fully turnkey structure, from exterior cladding to the interior finishes. To be placed on a separately prepared and priced foundation (since site conditions and requirements vary). Shipping and installation is priced depending on your location.

What’s not included?

As site conditions and needs vary, any site specific preparations—such as grading, landscaping, utility connections, septic and foundations—are not included. These site specific connections will be assessed and a price for this work will be supplied.

There are also heating and cooling options and upgrades. Shipping and installation is extra and dependant on site access and location.

What about permits?

We will deal with building permits as part of the turnkey price. Any other site specific permits required (such as conservation, heritage, etc.) are not included but we would be happy to help with it.

What about foundations?

The type of foundation you need depends on the model of Ukkei you choose, and the conditions of your site. When we assess your site, we will help to determine the best foundation system. While they are not included in the base price of Ukkei, we can design and build the foundation for you.

Where do you build?

Currently we service Southern Ontario (areas south of North Bay), with additional shipping and travel fees for sites outside of the GTA.

How does shipping work?

If you live in Southern Ontario (from Windsor to North Bay), we can ship it and install it for you for a fee based on your location. Drop us an email and we can let you know what shipping costs will be.
